VANET (Vehicle Ad-hoc Network) is an emerging technology in today’s intelligent transport system. In VANET, there are many moving nodes which called the vehicle running on road. They communicate with each other to provide information driver regarding road condition, traffic, weather and parking. a kind of network where talk help equipment. There various things also make complete like OBU (onboard unit), RSU (Road Aside Unit) CA (Certificate authority). this paper, new PSO enable multi-hop technique proposed helps Select best route find stable cluster head remove malicious node from avoid false messaging. The can be occurred when network. Clustering for making group same type node. This work based clustering its importance VANET. While using approach it has increased 20% packet delivery ratio.
